The ADDVISOR works with golf carts too

A customer reached out to me a few weeks ago. She had ordered The ADDVISOR for her car. But she also has a golf cart. The kind with a windshield and roof but no sun visors at all. So, she asked if The ADDVISOR would work on a golf cart.

I said sure. The ADDVISOR mounts to a windshield using a rail system that stays in place at the top of the glass. Once the rail is installed, the visor slips on and off easily. A golf cart with a windshield is just another vehicle with a windshield. Same mounting principle, same sun glare problem, same solution.

A few days later, she sent me photos and a short video. Her husband was driving, she was in the passenger seat, their daughter and son were in the back, and their dog was perched on a platform behind the kids, looking like he was supervising the whole operation.

The sun was setting, and it was right on the horizon in front of them. No visor on the golf cart meant no protection. Her husband was doing that thing we all do when sun glare hits us directly in the face. He was squinting, leaning his head to one side, then the other, trying to find an angle where he could actually see the road.

They had already installed the mounting rail on a wide-vision mirror. He slipped The ADDVISOR in place, positioned the opaque shade to block the direct ball of the sun, and adjusted the polarized panel.

The difference was immediate. He stopped squinting. He relaxed. He drove the rest of the way without fighting the glare.
