Easy Installation.

The mount offers both horizontal and vertical positioning. The horizontal orientation is perfect for dash cam apps, and the vertical is ideal for maps.

Standard 17mm socket is compatible with many common ball mounts. If you like your existing mount you may be able to connect the LOUNGE-IT.

Mounting Options and Fit

The rear-view mirror mount uses a clamp which needs a little over 1/2 inch space to close.

Finally! A phone holder that doesn't rely on adhesive!

Love the new LOUNGE-IT car phone holder. I have bought and then thrown away two phone holders I got on Amazon of a totally different design - they stuck to the dash with suction backed up by sticky adhesive. Not this one - it is sturdily built, attaches positively and stays there. I have it almost fully extended, which seems to make it ever so slightly wobbly, but it is in no danger of falling or losing its grip. Looking forward to see the improvements they make in the next generation - it just seems close to perfection as built.

LOUNGE-IT car phone holder

This product works well

I purchased the Lounge-It car phone holder for my older Nissan Versa. It fits well. With the metal plate placed under the phone case, the phone fits securely in place. There is a small amount of vibration when driving on rougher roads, which I expected. All-in-all it is a good product that works for me.

If it is not too heavy

If it is not too heavy... I have it in an 20ft mobile home 2020. I have not been on the road yet so don't know if any bumps or pot holes that I'm not able to avoid will jar it too much that it comes off the stem of the mirror. So my rating for holding on has to wait till I give it a good test. I do really like the concept and the movement of the phone itself. I already had the magnet so that was a feature I also liked. The weight of it for the size of the grip on my mirror stem is what I need to make sure it works, really hoping it does. Thank you, Carol McCarthy

Good Product

This product is well conceived, but not usable on all cars, e.g., it was difficult to install on my BMW X3, and when installed impedes the ability to adjust the mirror. That said, the manufacturer has provided a secondary mount for installation on the car vents which to date, works, although again it is somewhat difficult to position the phone for optimal visibility.
